Today I went to a diesel specialist (Joop van Zonsbeek in Holland). I read good things about him tuning mostly Mercedes vario with om904la.
My Mercedes ln2 811 Ecopower has the same om904la with 123hp and 480nm torque according to specs.
He runned the truck on the dyno before. It had 133hp (10 more then it should have already) and 480nm torque. After putting the new software in it now has 165hp and 650nm torque.
When driving i experienced I can do everything in a gear higher then before. For example roundabouts I used to do in 3th now can stay in 4th (in have 6 speed gearbox). Driving away in 3 gear is also possible now.
I only drove home so I will have to test more. Next week we leave for six months Morocco so that will come.
The price was 680 euro. I think it is worth it.
